This week we had the opportunity to talk about the institutional improved cook stoves (IICS) to Head Teachers of Wakiso District schools. The meeting took place at Lake Victoria Primary School, where we recently installed 3 IICS. From the hall we all went straight to the kitchen, where all head teachers had the opportunity to see the IICS live and interact with the cooks to clarify many questions about their performance.
